How to Initiate the Exchange Process?

1. Customers should contact Public Choice Jewellers customer support on 8091158231 or write to within 15 days from the receipt of product.

2. Customers should not exchange the product before receiving a confirmation mail from us about the same.

3. All the products must be exchange in their original condition, unaltered and unused.

4. Provide the invoice/guarantee card into the package for exchange process. Without the above, exchange will not be processed.

5. Customer has to return the jewellery product in its original package with the box locked. Without compliance of the above, exchange will not be accepted by our shipping agent.

NOTE: We shall not entertain any request after 15 days from the date of receipt of the product.
